Upload a clear photo of your pet and follow the photo guide to ensure the best results.

3. Place your order
Once your order is complete, our artists prepare your custom design.

4. Review your design preview
Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), you’ll receive a design preview by email to review, request changes, or approve before printing.

5. Printing & production
After approval, your product is printed and prepared for shipment.

6. Order updates & shipping
You’ll receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

7. Receive & enjoy
Your Petunia Woof keepsake arrives ready to be enjoyed or gifted.

Every Petunia Woof order includes a complimentary design preview before printing, so you can see, approve, or request adjustments to your keepsake before it’s made.

You’ll see exactly how your pet’s artwork will look on your chosen product, and we’re happy to make reasonable refinements based on your feedback.

We only move forward with printing once everything feels just right.

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we don’t offer returns after printing. However, if after a few design revisions you feel the artwork isn’t the right fit, you may cancel for a full refund as long as the item hasn’t entered production.
