Refund policy

Design Preview Guarantee

Every Petunia Woof order includes a complimentary design preview before we print anything. You'll see exactly how your pet's artwork will look on your chosen product, and we're happy to make reasonable refinements based on your feedback. We only move forward with printing once everything feels just right.

 

Cancellations & Pre-Production Refunds

If after reviewing your design you decide it's not the right fit, you may cancel your order for a full refund — as long as your item has not yet entered production. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, we will replace or fully refund your order at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number and we'll make it right straight away.

 

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Because every item is custom-made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the item has been produced and delivered in good condition. We encourage you to review your design preview carefully before giving your approval — we're here to help you get it perfect before we print.
