3. Review your custom design. You’ll receive the first draft within 12 hours. Need changes? We’re happy to make edits until it’s just right.
4. Love it or it’s free. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you’re not happy after a few revisions—provided the concerns are reasonable. Please note once the design is approved and sent to print, we can no longer offer refunds.
5. Time to print! Once approved, your portrait goes to print. We’ll keep you updated on production and shipping every step of the way.
