- Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. We’ll email your design proof before printing. You can request revisions before production. If the design still does not feel right, you can cancel before printing for a full refund.
- Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. Revisions are included before production. We want you to feel happy with the design before your case is printed.
- What photo should I upload?
Upload a clear, well lit photo where your pet’s face is easy to see. Front facing photos usually work best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos.
- How long does the process take?
Your design proof is usually emailed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. After you approve the design, your case goes into production and then ships with tracking.
- Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, New Zealand, and Australia.
Estimated shipping timeframes:
USA: 2 to 10 business days.
New Zealand and Australia: 10 to 35 business days.
Holiday notice: Please allow one additional week during November and December due to seasonal shipping delays.
All orders ship with tracking.
