5. The recipient creates their keepsake
They choose the product they want. For personalized products, they submit their pet photo and details, then receive the usual design proof before printing.

  • When will I receive the personalized greeting card?

We email the personalized printable greeting card to the purchaser within 24 hours. You can print it or forward it digitally to the recipient.

  • How does the recipient use the gift card?

They enter the gift card code at checkout and choose the Petunia Woof product they want. If they choose a personalized product, they submit their pet photo and details as usual.

  • What if the gift card does not cover the full order?

They can use the gift card toward the order and pay the remaining balance with another available payment method.

  • Can they request changes to a personalized design?

Yes. Personalized products still include our usual design proof before printing, with reasonable revisions available before production.

  • Can I print the greeting card?

Yes. The greeting card is designed to be printable, or you can simply forward it digitally.

Gift card cancellations

Changed your mind? We’re happy to cancel and refund a purchased gift card within 30 days of purchase, as long as the gift card code has not been used. The refund is sent back to the original payment method and the gift card is deactivated.

After 30 days

After 30 days, the original gift card purchase can no longer be cancelled for a change of mind.

If the gift card has already been redeemed

Once a gift card has been used to place an order, any cancellation or refund for that order follows the policy for the product purchased. If a custom design is cancelled before production, the eligible refund is returned to the gift card balance used for that order, so it can be used again.

For custom products, we send a design proof before printing. Once production has started, change-of-mind cancellations are not available. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or materially different from the approved design, contact us and we’ll make it right under the product’s normal returns policy.
