I started Petunia Woof because I needed a way to shout to the world how much my dog means to me. Even 10,000 photos of him on my phone didn’t feel like enough. Do I pay before seeing my design?

Yes. Choose your phone model, upload your photo, and pay for your order. We then create your design and email an e-proof for your approval before printing.

When will I receive my e-proof?

We email your e-proof within 24 hours of purchase. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Reply to your proof email with any reasonable refinements before you approve it. If you do not love the final proof, you can cancel before production begins for a full refund.

Will it fit my phone?

Choose your exact model from the selector. Camera openings and fit vary by model. If your model is not listed, contact us before ordering.

When will my case arrive?

Estimated U.S. delivery is 2 to 10 business days after we receive your e-proof approval. U.S. shipping is free. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is US$12.50.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email hello@petuniawoof.com as soon as possible. If production has not started, we can cancel your order for a full refund. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Personalized returns

Because every case is made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind or design preference after you approve the proof and production begins.

Damaged or poor-quality products

If your case arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, poor quality, or materially different from your approved design, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost, including shipping.
